1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChancellorHR, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This platform is an Autonomous Workforce Operating System designed for enterprise HR orchestration. Unauthorized use of our AI agents or infrastructure is strictly prohibited.

2. Autonomous Agent Usage

ChancellorHR utilizes seven specialized AI agents (Recruiting, Onboarding, People Ops, Performance, Retention, Compensation, and Intelligence). These agents execute tasks autonomously based on user commands. You are responsible for the commands issued and the oversight of agent actions within your organization.

3. Data Integrity & Recovery

Our system implements a multi-stage data recovery lifecycle. Soft-deleted employee records are retained in the Recovery Area for 45 days. Archived records are retained for an additional 100 days. Permanent deletion is a destructive action reserved for authorized administrators only.

4. Intellectual Property

The ChancellorHR Fluent Design system, multi-agent architecture, and proprietary orchestration logic are protected under intellectual property laws. You may not reverse-engineer or replicate the platform's core AI infrastructure.

5. Limitation of Liability

While our AI agents strive for 99.9% accuracy, ChancellorHR is not liable for autonomous decisions made based on incomplete or inaccurate data provided by the user. Human oversight is recommended for high-stakes HR actions.
