1. Data Collection

ChancellorHR collects employee records, compensation data, and performance history to enable autonomous HR orchestration. We also collect voice data for Command Center interactions and transcription purposes.

2. AI Processing

Your data is processed by multi-layered AI models to generate insights, predict retention risks, and automate recruitment. We utilize vector databases (Pinecone) for semantic memory, ensuring that agent responses are contextual and accurate to your specific organizational policies.

3. Data Security & Storage

We employ a hybrid storage architecture: PostgreSQL for authoritative systems of record and Firestore for real-time operational state. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Our immutable audit logging system ensures that every action taken by a user or an agent is permanently recorded and traceable.

4. Retention & Deletion

ChancellorHR prioritizes data recoverability. Deleted records undergo a 45-day soft-delete cycle followed by a 100-day archival period. This multi-stage process ensures that mission-critical workforce data is never lost accidentally.

5. User Rights

Users have the right to access, rectify, and export their personal data. Admins have complete control over the organizational workspace, including the ability to permanently purge archived records.
